Return / Refund Policy
If a product doesn't fit we would like the opportunity in the first instance to replace it with the correct size, however if you are truly unhappy with your purchase then we will offer a complete refund.
You have 30 days from the day you received your items to return them to us. If you return an item/s after 30 days then we will only offer you a replacement or a credit note to be used at a later date.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item/s then the responsibility and the cost of sending the items back is with purchaser. We recommend sending the items back via Royal Mail proof of posting service.
Your statutory rights if the goods are faulty are not affected.
Delivery Information
UK Delivery for orders under £14.99 is £2.50. UK Delivery for orders over £14.99 is FREE. Delivery to Europe is a flat rate of £10.00 on all orders under £100.00 and is FREE on all orders over £100.00. Delivery outside of the UK and Europe for orders under £250.00 is £12.00. For orders outside of the UK and Europe over £250.00 delivery cost is FREE.
Next Day shipping orders must be received before 3pm Monday to Friday.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
