Introduction
Here at Golf Clothing Direct we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we have made our returns policy as simple as possible.
If a product doesn't fit we would like the opportunity in the first instance to replace it with the correct size, however if you are truly unhappy with your purchase then we will offer a complete refund.
You have 30 days from the day you received your items to return them to us. If you return an item/s after 30 days then we will only offer you a replacement or a credit note to be used at a later date.
Rules of Returns
When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet this criteria may not be returned.

We request that you print the returns form and fill it in, placing it in the package with the item you wish to return.

*Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to golfclothingdirect.co.uk, therefore, we recommend that you send the goods by Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.
Refunds
When goods are returned for refund we will refund the full amount of your order minus our postage.
Exchanges
When goods are returned for exchange we will send out the replacements item(s) FREE of charge.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty please follow the returns procedure above and we will supply replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price including the original delivery charge. Golfclothingdirect.co.uk will also refund the cost of returning the faulty item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as statement of the return cost).
‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that golfclothingdirect.co.uk checks the quality and workmanship of all goods prior to dispatch.
