Golf Clothing Direct submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; in accordance with the laws of England.
PRICING
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postage charges apply for any order.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Goods for sale on www.golfclothingdirect.co.uk are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY
Golf Clothing Direct offer a fast home delivery service. Usually products are despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again, usually within 21 days. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail.
You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed
Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.
Golf Clothing Direct reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
All goods remain the property of Golf Clothing Direct until paid for in full.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If you find you have ordered or we have sent the wrong size we will happily exchange the item for the correct size, however we will only offer a full refund if the product is deemed faulty or we cannot suply the item within the 21 days we specify in these terms and conditions due to Golf Clothing Direct or our suppliers not having the item or discontinuation of the said item. Faulty means a manufacturers fault not a fault inflicted by the customer. If the product is faulty it must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at info@golfclothingdirect.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
